EXCHANGE, RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY
Return Eligibility:
Customers may request a return within 14 days from delivery only in the following situations:
• Damaged Product
• Wrong Product Delivered
• Manufacturing Defect
• Size Issue
• Missing Product
Mandatory Return Requirements:
Customers must provide:
• Minimum 3 clear product images from all angles
• Packaging Images
• Order ID
• Invoice Copy
• Reason for Return
Conditions for Return:
Products must:
• Be unused and unworn
• Have original packaging intact
• Include all original tags and labels
• Not have broken return tags or seals
If the return tag or seal is broken, the product shall not qualify for return.
Non-Returnable Products:
Returns shall not be accepted for:
• Used Products
• Washed or altered products
• Products without tags
• Clearance or final sale products
• Products damaged due to customer misuse
Refund Policy:
Refunds are processed only after successful quality verification and are generally initiated within 10 working days after receiving the returned product.
Cancellation Policy:
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
Exchange Policy:
Currently, direct exchanges are not available. Customers may place a fresh order separately.
Abuse of Policy:
Moshun reserves the right to reject returns, refunds, exchanges, or future orders in cases involving fraudulent activities, false claims, intentional product damage, or repeated misuse of policies.
Legal Compliance:
These policies comply with:
• Consumer Protection Act, 2019
• E-Commerce Rules, 2020
• Information Technology Act, 2000
Final decision regarding return, refund, exchange, or cancellation approval shall solely remain with Moshun.
